Cardio/Athletic Training

Spin: using our bikes, the class will explore various terrain and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Participants are encouraged to cycle at their own comfort level.

Rhythm Ride: Let your cadence follow the rhythm of the music.

Spin 'n crunch: 45 minutes of spin followed by core conditioning.

Spin n' strength: 35 minutes of spin followed by upper body strength conditioning.

Spin Challange: No matter what your fitness level, you'll be challenged by this high energy, calorie busting cardio workout. No choreography, no impact.

Spin Circuit: A ½ hour spin class with cardio and strength training at different stations using balls, core boards, ladders, weights and other small fitness equipment. A fun, challenging workout.

Cardio & Weights: ½ cardio, ½ sculpting! A combination cardio class, elevating your heart, then strengthening those muscles!

Cardio, Core n' Stretch: An excellent all in one workout incorporating intense cardio bursts with strength and flexibility exercises

Cardio Latin Dance: Dance, sweat, shake your hips and have fun with this unique workout.

Hi-Intensity Training: Challenging sets of full body exercises that get your heart pumping and burn major calories!

Zumba: A fusion of Salsa, Regaeton, Merengue, Samba and Cumbia with exciting music and easy to follow dance steps that everyone can do.


Resistance Training

Total Body Strength: A fun non-impact muscular strength and endurance workout utilizing body bars, dumbbells and other equipment.

On the Ball: Enjoy the benefits of this stability ball based total body workout. You will improve your balance, coordination and core strength. All fitness levels will enjoy and benefit.

Core: Challenge all muscles surrounding your core to improve your posture, create a solid foundation for strength training and prevent back pain.

Strength & Core: ½ hour muscle conditioning & ½ hour core conditioning

Functional Fitness for 55 Plus: Strength, balance and flexibility for Active Living - a great way to train and connect with other in the afternoon.


Mind & Body

Pilates: he focus of these classes is on proper alignment and movement patterns of the spine, pelvis, and shoulders. Pilates creates a strong flexible body while increasing abdominal and back strength.

Pilates on the Ball: Pilates on the ball, a unique blend of function and stability, focusing on proper alignment of your spine, pelvis and shoulders.
Please make Pilates a pre-requisite before taking this class.

Hatha Yoga: Join our experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through yoga poses and stretches that will not only tone your muscles and increase flexibility, but leave you feeling connected with your mind, body and spirit, flexibility, and strength. Other benefits are increased stamina and a calm mind
