Spin: using our bikes, the class will explore various terrain and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Participants are encouraged to cycle at their own comfort level.
Rhythm Ride: Let your cadence follow the rhythm of the music.
Spin 'n crunch: 45 minutes of spin followed by core conditioning.
Spin n' strength: 35 minutes of spin followed by upper body strength conditioning.

Spin Circuit: A ½ hour spin class with cardio and strength training at different stations using balls, core boards, ladders, weights and other small fitness equipment. A fun, challenging workout.
