Reflexology with Donna Keller RRPr - add Donna Keller Logo along the side like where you put the picutre of Catherine beside Nutrition

Reflexology is the application of therapeutic pressure by thumbs and fingers to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears in order to improve health.

Although Reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, millions of people around the world use it to complement other treatments when addressing conditions like anxiety, asthma, cancer treatment, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS and sinusitis. In Toronto, a hospital employes a handful of Registered Nurses who are Certified Reflexologists and who perform Reflexology treatments on cancer patients.

Registered Reflexologists (RRPr) and members in good standing of RRCO now have Reflexology Services covered under Health Care Provider Group Insurance.

If you have never experienced this unique indulgence, you owe yourself this exquisite treatment.

Stone massage is a unique connection with nature that offers a profound and sacred sense of being that we often forget. It is a unique moment that will enhance our awareness and bring us closer to our true essence. It is as enjoyable for the client as it is for the practioner.

Stone Massage is the application of water heated basalt stones of varying sizes and is applied to key points on the body, creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes the muscles allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

Stone massage makes you feel deeply relaxed, allowing you to let go of all the stress that is held within your body.

Nutrition: “Why see an nutritionist?”

Weight Management – many of us in today’s society have eating disorders.  These disorders have been created from the many fad diets that we have partaken in over the years.  We are at a point that we no longer know what or how to eat!  A nutritionist can take you back to the basics and re-educate you on how to eat a healthy diet that will naturally result in weight gain or weight loss.

Prevention of disease and illness – many of us have genetic weaknesses and family histories of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other illnesses.  Lifestyle and dietary changes can help reduce the risk of developing such illnesses.  A nutritionist will work with you on reducing your risk of developing the disease that might touch your life.

Support during illness – when diagnosed with an illness, we must employ all dietary and lifestyle modifications aimed at fighting the illness and avoiding making things worse.  The foods we eat and the way we live will have a direct effect on our body’s ability to recover.

General health concerns – Impaired immunity, fatigue, bloating, gas, constipation, headaches, etc., are all signs/symptoms of imbalances in the body.  A nutritionist can help you identify the imbalance and work with you to lessen or alleviate the symptoms.
