Warren is our coach and teacher. He is highly qualified and comes with a background in sports injury management and athletic conditioning. He loves to share his knowledge and you will learn a lot in only a few hours with him. His true passion is strength conditioning and sports specific training. Ask him anything - he loves to share! |

Kyl has over 15 years experience coaching groups and individuals for both sports and fitness. Empathetic and focused Kyl is determined to help you feel physically better and get the most out of every session. Programs are efficient and effective. Regular assessment will help you achieve your fitness goals. Kyl has experience with weight loss, general fitness coaching, strength development, Olympic style weightlifting, and sport performance training. Skinfold analysis for body fat percentages and/or hormonal profiling is also available. |

Michelle stands for transformation and that is exactly what she has done. In just one year she went from overweight and unable to run to running a marathon and looking beautifully sculpted. How? Just ask her - she is here on Monday mornings. Michelle also teaches Spin & Core as has recently become certified as a Level 1 Power Plate Instructor. |

Trudy believes in pushing the boundaries, not necessarily with clients but with herself. With that in mind she became the first female to attempt the Enduroman Arch to Arc. Trudy joins us from the UK as a Personal Trainer and Youth Triathlon Coach for the local C3. She found her passion in the form of running and represented her school and county at national levels, from there she went on to become an Instructor at Tai Jutsui Martial Arts gaining her 1st Kyu. She also studied Judo and Taekwondo for 3 years. Then she found Triathlon....finally completing her first Ironman in 2006. |

Darrin holds Canadian National kickboxing titles. If you want a great cardiovascular and strengthening work out then see him. Darrin also teaches some of our most challenging classes; Kickboxing, Bootcamp and MMA throughout the week. |

You all know Ellen as an instructor as she has been teaching here at Riverdale since 2005! Did you know she has also been certified as a personal trainer since 2004? Ellen is outgoing, energetic and knows exactly how to get people the results they are looking for whether they are looking to ease back into a routine or sculpt a rock hard body! |

Aaron Madgett is in his final year of his Bachelor of Health Science degree and is a certification candidate for Canadian Athletic Therapists Association. He is an avid athlete and has worked with numerous athletes to help improve their performance. Aaron brings a passion of fitness and healthy living to Riverdale. Christopher brings a wealth of experience with him. In addition to personal training, he also conducts boot camps and running clinics. Chris's current passions are cycling, hockey, and mixed martial arts. He shares his accumulated knowledge and enthusiasm with the clients that he trains. As a former medic with the Canadian Armed Forces, Chris received intense paramedic training Which offered an in depth look into anatomy and physiology. More recently, Chris graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy as well as getting certified as a Can-Fit-Pro personal training specialist. |

Steve is very passionate about helping people learn and lead a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise and nutrition. He has educated himself through extensive research on a variety of different styles of Fitness Training which he teaches clients. Steve is also a Golf Teaching Professional with the CPGA for the last 18 years. Steve played Semi-Pro hockey in the United States many years ago. He is experienced in small group training as well as one on one from beginners to athletic clients.
