Balance and Core
A circuit training class that makes use of the Reebok CORE board and Reebok resistance bands. This is a low-impact class that focuses on developing balance and stability, as well as creating a solid core by challenging participant to perform exercise on unstable surfaces.
Increase flexibility, builds strength, improves endurance & coordination & strengthens the core, which is your body’s “power house”. A strong core helps create good posture and allows for better distal mobility. Pilates combines stretches and weight bearing exercises to streamline your physique.
Based on concepts of Taoist Yoga which emphasizes connective tissues and joints. It is characterized by the relaxed practice of floor asana (postures) that are held for 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga postures gently stretch & rehabilitate the connective tissue that forms our joints, allowing us to maintain & restore joint flexibility & prevent degeneration.
Is the foundation of yoga. It uses asana (postures) and pranayama (conscious breathing) to help develop awareness, flexibility, strength & relaxation. Postures are completed in sequence to allow a fluid movement from one asana to the next.
This suspension-training based class uses a unique set of straps to give you a total body workout that uses simply your bodyweight and gravity as the main source of resistance. This class will challenge and transform participants mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. Developed by a Navy SEAL, this workout is for everyone and every body; regardless of fitness level.
Mixes low & high intensity moves to create the ultimate interval-style dance fitness party.
Incorporates toning sticks and light weights to tone your arms, lower body & core.

Do you seek a class that utilizes one of the industry’s tried and true fitness tools to build your balance and overall strength? Come and try this class, we promise you’ll have a ball!
This challenging indoor & outdoor (weather permitting) boot camp gets the work done! Improve your cardio & get stronger through interval training, plyometrics, body weight exercises, speed and agility drills. This class uses free weights, medicine balls, tractor tires, the BOSU ball, and kettle bells. Each class is different, to keep your body guessing.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Cardiovascular training modality. In our HIIT classes, you’ll find yourself giving maximum effort for short bursts of exercise, with very short rest intervals in between bouts. The purpose of these short but intense intervals is to push your aerobic energy systems to their limits. HIIT is a great way to incorporate resistance exercises into cardiovascular training. You’ll be left feeling breathless after a healthy mixture of full-body exercises, like squats, burpees, mountain climbers, and much more!
This boxing class is the ideal workout if you are into sweaty, muscle burning, high intensity, full body workouts. In just one hour this class trains endurance, power, speed, hand-eye coordination, and agility.
This is a low-impact full body workout. MC is a resistance training class designed to fatigue every major muscle group in a fun and motivating group atmosphere.Challenging weights, high reps, lots of sets, and lots of fun!
A fun, fast-paced interval circuit training class that will keep both your mind & body totally tuned in for the entire duration of the workout

Spin & Muscle- Is the answer for spinning enthusiasts who are also looking for a whole body strengthening workout. Heart pumping ride followed by resistance training for your chest, backs, arms and core.
